Right of Withdrawal

Under European Union law, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your items, without giving any reason.

Per global food safety, hygiene, and health protection regulations, please note that the right of withdrawal automatically expires for food products, such as olive oil, if the factory seal or bottle cap has been opened or tampered with after delivery. Returns can only be accepted for completely sealed, unopened products.

Once we receive your email, we will immediately reply and send you full step-by-step instructions where to safely ship your sealed items back to us. 

Please note the shipping costs required to send the items back to our facility are entirely at the customer's expense.
