Extra virgin olive oil harvested from millennial and centenary olive trees. Cold pressed on the day of harvest. With a bitter and spicy taste, our olive oil is not filtered but decanted through the most traditional methods.
Varieties: mostly “verdeal”, also contains “cobrançosa”, “madural” and other typical varieties from the area.
Use: ideally for cold seasoning, can also be used for cooking.
